Mark Lomas is a seasoned project director with over three decades of experience in the governance, set-up and delivery of complex end-user projects and in managing multidisciplinary teamwork. Mark has been primarily responsible for project governance, project management, design management, procurement and delivery of major projects in varying and challenging project environments and across a variety of sectors including luxury hospitality; airports & aviation; logistics; industrial; transport; infrastructure; healthcare; and tourism.

A Chartered Project Professional and a former Chairman of the Association for Project Management in Hong Kong, Mark has very strong organisational capabilities, excelling at leading teams, understanding and managing complex project organisations including the work of, and relationships between client bodies, regulatory authorities, consultant teams, contractors and the wider supply chain. He's not only adept at steering complex projects from inception to completion but also specialises in fostering multidisciplinary collaboration.

Moreover, Mark is at the forefront of integrating innovative practice and technology into project management. His knowledge extends to advanced project management techniques and emerging technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), AI applications in project management, digitalisation, adaptive reuse and strategies for decarbonising the construction sector. His comprehensive skill set not only enhances project efficiency and outcomes but also aligns with the evolving technological landscape in the construction industry.
