Project Manager (2011 – 2016)

Mark was Project Manager Controls within the project management team for the West Kowloon Terminus (WKT) of the Express Rail Link project (XRL)

Mark was responsible for managing pre-construction planning, risk management, programme management, cost and contractual aspects. Mark led the design and construction teams in collaboratively overcoming some of the many challenges presented by the site, the scale of the project within a densely populated urban area, and the incredibly complex contractual and physical interfaces. Mark also managed MTR’s government reporting for the project and represented MTR with RDO liaison, at LegCo Railway Subcommittee and at the XRL Select Committee proceedings.
