This Forbes article refers to an MIT report on the high failure rate of AI projects. Many start with the tool - we need to use AI or be seen to use AI - rather than starting with a genuine use-case!

Start with a use-case, understand what data you have and what you need. Prepare the data and only then deploy the tool.
