RPP? How may RPP-designated project managers are active in Hong Kong?

Why was I asking about RPP?
I had been shown a recent RFP document where the Instructions to Proposers included a requirement for a PM with RPP or equivalent. This was a very welcome development towards the recognition of the benefits of professional PM in the governance and delivery of projects. A little disappointing that it wasn’t the ChPP designation and that the requirement wasn’t enforced.
