Review and reset

At the start of 2023, in amongst all those personal new year’s resolutions, dry (well, errr … damp) January etc., why not start 2023 with a review and reset for your projects? Spend sufficient time to take stock; understand what worked and what didn’t in 2022; talk to your people and understand their hopes and concerns, refocus and re-energise them; review and reset your project objectives for 2023.
I cannot emphasise enough, spend sufficient time, you will reap the benefits later.
