Plan your CPD

Another important aspect around this time of year is to reflect on last year’s learning, and to put in place a plan for the year ahead. As professionals, we have a duty to continuing professional development (CPD), but how many actively plan ahead for what they want to achieve? I have been submitting CPD logs for many years as part of professional membership renewals, as I'm certain many of you also have, but I recommend you to look into using the Association for Project Management CPD log as it helps you to plan, do and then reflect on your year’s learning ahead.
