Risk Management

I just finished delivering a series of lectures on Risk Management to the MSc students at Hong Kong University.
I have been managing risk on projects for more than 30 years, so delivering a handful of 3-hour lectures should be simple, right?

Not so, and here is what I learned:
1. It is not that easy to articulate your knowledge and experience in a structured, logical, and digestible form.
2. Lecture preparation was sometimes tough and sometimes enjoyable, but it enabled me to review my risk management experience in a new light.
3. We can always improve and learn more!
