As an industry we can and should all contribute to decarbonisation in 2024 and beyond by making this work part of our own business-as usual activity. Consultants, whether your client requests it or not and whether they are paying for it or not, make it part of your advisory and design work on every project. Contractors, modularise, reduce waste, segregate and recycle on every site. Clients, take the lead and demand it from your consultants and contractors. Authorities, encourage the industry with legislation and incentives.
